I specialize in helping individuals who feel overlooked by traditional fitness approaches, including those navigating hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes, chronic pain, injury history, and movement limitations.

Many of us spend years operating from unconscious thoughts and patterns that were originally designed to help us navigate stress, uncertainty, pressure, pain, and difficult life experiences.
Over time, these patterns can show up as anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, people pleasing, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, chronic pain, or a persistent feeling of being stuck.
My coaching combines language and the stories we tell ourselves with somatic coaching, breath, nervous system regulation, movement, and expressive writing practices to help you better understand the patterns influencing your thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and physical experience.
I am passionate about holding space for the body’s wisdom to come through. I trust that given the right space, time, support, and permission, our bodies know how to heal and repair.
