" I trained with Christina from January through August 2024. Christina was great to work with! She was very attentive and helped me pay closer attention to my form and how I was feeling after every lift. We incorporated more functional and stability movements into my workouts, which I much appreciated. I have a history of lower back injuries, which she always worked with - ensuring my lifts were safe but effective. I’ve had other trainers state that they’ll be mindful of the injury, but Christina is the only one who’s truly understood and incorporated specific movements into my routine to help my problem areas (as well as find safe alternatives to lifts I cannot or should not do). She also took feedback on what’s working well and what isn’t. Christina is also mindful of the fact that you might not have a world class gym at your beck and call - she incorporates lifts and movements into your home workouts based on what equipment is available to you - and she’ll prioritize specific movements at the gym based on what equipments she might have that you don’t. Always enjoyed our sessions, because it was fun catching up on the previous week’s shenanigans. Sessions were part workout and almost part therapy haha She’s also very flexible on schedules. I travel a good amount for work and had to reschedule multiple times without any fuss from Christina (which I know is not the case for every trainer). Bottom line: you're paying for a trainer for a reason. I can download workouts all day long from innumerable sites that promise results and a customized training session. Christina will take the time to get to know you as a person and will align sessions that fit your goals. Add to the fact that she’s very kind and approachable, and you got yourself a five-star trainer! Absolutely recommend Christina to anyone looking for a solid trainer."

I like her attention to detail and the fact she explains the “why” behind what she is thinking which must come from her engineering background. She frequently sought feedback from me and used it to fine tune her recommendations. She also understands the real world and at times I wasn’t able to fully follow the plan, she had ideas to handle that too. She definitely walks the talk.
